Resell Rights Terms and Conditions

Note: That with your purchase you will own the Non-Transferable Resell Rights to Content Collectors Dream. Therefore, you are NOT allowed to give or resell ANY Rights to this package, 
in part or in full.

With the purchased rights to resell memberships to Content Collectors Dream you can do as follows:

[YES] You can:

       1. Resell access to the membership site at the lowest suggested price of $20.00 or higher.
          (Recommended selling points $27.00 - $37.00 - $47.00)

       2. Change and edit the sales letter provided in your resellers package. You can put your
            name along with my name on the sales letter, re-phrase it, add  your own testimonials and
            endorsements into the sales copy as  well as including your own order link on the page.  
            However you are not allowed to make false claims as to what is included in the members area. 

[NO] You CANNOT:

        1. You CANNOT give away or resell the Resell Rights to the package, in full or partial.

        2. You CANNOT use unethical marketing methods or SPAM to conduct your business with 
            this product.

        3. You CANNOT giveaway memberships for free in any format. It must be sold,

         4. You CANNOT claim copyright to the Content Collectors Dream website or any of
             the products included in the members area.

         5.  You CANNOT make false claims as to what is included in the members area. All
               information pertaining to the the content in the members area must remain the same
               unless you are notified otherwise by Lisa M. Cope.

         6. You are responsible to facilitate your own refunds to your own customers.

         7. This page is the entire license agreement. Any and all terms that are discussed in
              this agreement are at my sole discretion. 

              IMPORTANT: This agreement gives you the right to resell memberships and keep 
              any proceeds that you incur, however it  does not give you any rights or input in to 
              the Content Collectors Dream website! The content of the site is left up to my sole
              discretion.  This license is subject to change without  notice only to protect the value
              and content provided to the members.

I put these terms and conditions in to effect to maintain the the value of the
 Content Collectors Dream membership site as well as to protect your
 investment in the  rights to sell access to the site. 

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of your license.
